Allen Brain Atlas Social
The Allen Institute for Brain Science invites conference attendees to an informal networking forum for those interested in the Allen Brain Atlas. Learn what others are doing and find out what's new. The Allen Brain Atlas (www.brain-map.org ), the Allen Institute's inaugural project, is a freely and publicly available genome-wide atlas of gene expression in the adult mouse brain. This event offers the opportunity to meet Allen Institute scientists, network with others in the Atlas user community, and discuss current uses and new features of the Allen Brain Atlas. A small number of computer workstations will be available to facilitate discussions among attendees. Light hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will be provided.
Date: Sunday November 4, 2007
Time: 6:30p.m. - 8:00p.m.
Location: San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina, Solana Room
Live Demo of the Allen Brain Atlas at the INCF booth
