# 3d atlas website down

Hi,

I cant access the 3d atlas at [3d Viewer :: Allen Brain Atlas: Mouse Connectivity](https://connectivity.brain-map.org/3d-viewer) or the projection atlas [https://connectivity.brain-map.org/](https://connectivity.brain-map.org/) .

Is it a known problem?

Hi Roberto,

Thanks for your patience. We’ve recently had to upgrade some infrastructure supporting the Mouse Connectivity Atlas, and it’s proving troublesome. Our team is working to resolve the issue now, and we are also strategizing how to prevent this issue from recurring.
