I’m wondering how to relate the 59 sections shown in the ABC atlas to the CCF framework or other reference atlas; can approximate but would like to be more precise THANKS

Hi @susant,

Thanks so much for your question. Each section from the whole brain MERFISH dataset was registered to the Allen CCFv3 using a combination of global and section-wise mappings. You can access the data and more detailed explanation of the CCF mapping here: [MERFISH CCF mapped coordinates — Allen Brain Cell Atlas - Data Access (alleninstitute.github.io)](https://alleninstitute.github.io/abc_atlas_access/descriptions/MERFISH-C57BL6J-638850-CCF.html). Please let us know if you have additional questions or suggestions after reviewing these resources. Thank you for your interest in the ABC Atlas!

Best,
