I am very confused as to how to align for example, ecephys\_session\_756029989.nwb has in channels, a row - anterior\_posterior\_ccf\_coordinate - 8993 dorsal\_ventral\_ccf\_coordinate - 585, left\_right\_ccf\_coordinate - 585, structure\_acronym - VISp. Now, if i am using the 10um ccf\_2017 nrrd file, will annotation[899, 58, 58] point towards a voxel in VISp area? Basically what i am asking is how can i use the position given in the nwb file, to align to a point in annotation?

also, please clarify to me if 8993, 585, 585 are relative to CCF origin or something like Bregma. Why are in so many of the readings dv and left\_right (ml) the same value, for example here 585, 585.
