# An atlas named ‘Allen\_Brain\_Atlas\_up' in Enrichr tool

We used Enrichr tool([Enrichr](http://amp.pharm.mssm.edu/Enrichr/)) to conduct functional annotations of genes. In the results of cell type, there is an atlas named ‘Allen\_Brain\_Atlas\_up’. It seems provide information of brain subcortical regions. However, we found no information on the website of Allen Brain Atlas. Does anyone know the details of this atlas?
