If you prefer using R, @lucasg’s R package [cocoframer](https://github.com/alleninstitute/cocoframer) includes some [functions](https://github.com/AllenInstitute/cocoframer/blob/master/R/aba_ish.R) for retrieving voxelized data as well, in addition to it’s primary use as [a tool for viewing the Allen Mouse CCF](https://community.brain-map.org/t/allen-mouse-ccf-gallery-of-tools-and-publications/373).
