# Error while running the function run\_consensus\_clust

I am running scrattch hicat with the anno ← tasic\_2016\_anno dataset. When I about the run the run\_consensus\_clust, I am kept getting an error message,“Error in intI(i, n = d[1L], dn[[1L]], give.dn = FALSE) :  
invalid character indexing” Can you help me this? Attached a screenshot!
