#   How do I get access to full ApoE genotype information in the Aging, Dementia, and TBI study

Is the full ApoE genotype information for specimens in the Aging, Dementia, and TBI Study available? How can I get access to it?

The full ApoE genotype is not directly available. In the meta-data (downloadable [here](http://aging.brain-map.org/api/v2/data/query.csv?criteria=model::ApiTbiDonorDetail,rma::options%5Bnum_rows%24eqall%5D)), there is a column corresponding to whether each donor contains at least one ApoeE4 allele. Alternatively, the full genotype could be calculated from the [raw data](https://www.niagads.org/datasets/ng00059).
