# How MERFISH obtained x,y,z coordinates of each cell

I wonder how MERFISH obtained the x, y, z coordinates of each cell. Is there any document explaining the process in detail? I want to know it because I am trying to find out the coordinates of my cells to compare with the MERFISH cells.
