I’m trying to compare the ephys properties such as resting potentials of different types of interneurons. The Brain Knowledge Platform provides visualization of the pre-calculated ephys properties of each specimen of different MET type from the patch-seq data in visual cortex. I’m wondering whether there’s API or any other accessible database for these pre-calculated ephys data as a reference to my experiments?

If you go to the [Patch-seq specimens table in the Brain Knowledge platform](https://knowledge.brain-map.org/data/1HEYEW7GMUKWIQW37BO/specimens) and select all the pre-calculated electrophysiology data columns you’re interested in using the gear icon near the upper left of the table, you can then click the Download Data button and select “Metadata table” to download a ZIP file that contains a CSV including all the columns you currently have displayed.
