I just want to research a gene named “igfbp7” in mouse brain atlas of ABA.

But I don’t know where or how to confirm that what I find is related to TBI mouse ???

I should find sth and have a compare between TBI and control group to know if this the expression change after TBI ?

Hi @Denger. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Can you please provide some additional information as we do not currently have a mouse TBI atlas. We have an [adult mouse brain atlas](http://mouse.brain-map.org/) and a [human Aging, Dementia, and TBI Study](http://aging.brain-map.org/). If you’d like to see how igfbp7 looks in human control vs. TBI, [try this link](http://aging.brain-map.org/rnaseq/searches?%7B%22exact_match%22:true,%22search_term%22:%22IGFBP7%22,%22search_type%22:%22gene%22,%22features%22:%5B%5D,%22tumors%22:%5B%5D,%22page_num%22:0,%22column_grouping%22:%22ever_tbi_w_loc,structure_abbreviation%22%7D). I do not see any obvious change between control and TBI donors.
