As a starting point, I would suggest looking at the “how to” for [the Mouse Brain Atlas](https://community.brain-map.org/c/how-to/mouse-atlas/22) and [associated API](https://community.brain-map.org/t/api-for-mouse-brain-atlas/2766). Otherwise, it’s possible other folks from the community may have resources to share.
