Hello,

I am currently working with the AHBA microarray data. As I read that you used different techniques per donor brain to convert the T1w it to MNI space, I was wondering if you have the inversion/script that is used to transfer the donor T1w brains to MNI space. Furthermore I was wondering if you already have donor specific segmentation files?

Kind regards,

Hi Isa,

Thanks for your patience. We tried tracking down the resources you requested, but we do not have those readily available. We’re always working to improve our support for reproducible science, and this is definitely a gap we’ll strive to close with ongoing projects like the Human Mammalian Brain Atlas [https://bican-hmba.org](https://bican-hmba.org).

Best, Tyler
