I am able to located the MTG, DLPFC, and A9 h5ad files in the AWS bucket for single nucleus rna seq data but I can’t locate where the MEC region’s h5ad file is. Does anyone know where this file is located?

Thank you!

Hi,

Thank you for your question. Can you provide more context as to which project’s data are you trying to locate the MEC region h5ad file?

Thank you,

Susan

Thank you so much for your reply. It is the SEA-AD study’s 10x processed snRNASeq data. The bucket that I see the other brain region files in is this one: [https://sea-ad-single-cell-profiling.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html](https://sea-ad-single-cell-profiling.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html)

Thank you!

Best,
Kareem

Hi @karte,

Currently, the only brain regions with **processed** snRNAseq data are MTG and DLPFC (A9). In addition, we have **raw** data for HIP, MEC, LEC, STG, and V1C available via controlled access at [Sage Bionetworks AD Knowledge Portal](http://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/Explore/Studies/DetailsPage?Study=syn26223298). Analysis of these data sets is ongoing; when complete, we will post processed data on AWS at the above link.

Best,
Jeremy
