Hi,

I am trying to plot the ccf coordinates of each recording unit provided in the units\_metadata.csv file in the template brain space. However, when I plot the VIS areas and the neuropixel coordinates in the same space, the recording units seem to be more anterior to the VIS areas highlighted by plot\_ccf\_meshes. Is there a transformation that I should do the shift the coordinates, or they are just where they are?

Thank you very much!
