# Processed gene expression matrix for SEA-AD?

Hi there,

Are there plans to generate a processed gene expression matrix for the latest SEA-AD dataset? I noted it’s absence on the S3 bucket and explore [page](https://portal.brain-map.org/explore/seattle-alzheimers-disease/seattle-alzheimers-disease-brain-cell-atlas-download?edit&language=en).

For example, the earlier Human MTG 10x SEA-AD explore [page](https://portal.brain-map.org/atlases-and-data/rnaseq/human-mtg-10x_sea-ad) provides this for download.

Hi and thanks for your interest in the SEA-AD data.  
Yes there are plans to generate processed gene expression matrices for additional brain regions. We are still analyzing a number of brain regions’ data so these are not available yet. We plan to release more of this data type in 2025.
