Hello @kyle.travaglini,

I wanted to bump this discussion thread to see if you had published the exact code/methods used to generate the pseudo-progression score.

I looked through the [AllenInstitute/SEA-AD\_2024](https://github.com/AllenInstitute/SEA-AD_2024) repo but wasn’t able to find anything. I also had a bit of trouble following the methods in the publication, as I don’t have much experience with Bayesian modeling.

Are the input data to the model coming from the “[Quantitative neuropathology summary data (MTG)](https://brainmapportal-live-4cc80a57cd6e400d854-f7fdcae.divio-media.net/filer_public/f0/1a/f01acfd1-63e5-4de5-afc6-729af9a80cc9/sea-ad_all_mtg_quant_neuropath_bydonorid_081122.csv)” data set listed on the SEA-AD data page?

Any insight on the model, scores, or the code used to generate the CPS would be highly appreciated.

Thank you!
Jacob
