Hello everyone,

I am working with a 10X Genomics Mouse Transcriptomic matrix.csv file, and I’ve encountered an issue where 1398 data entries appear twice within the dataset. One example of such a redundant cell ID is “CATGCCTTCGATGAGG-L8TX\_180221\_01\_F09.”

Has anyone experienced a similar issue with duplicate data in transcriptomic matrices?

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
