I have some questions on Brain Explorer 2.I want to know what is the template of allen mouse brain atlas and how to define the structures in mouse brain? If have some documents or literatures that explain related issues,please send to me.I would be very grateful!

Brain Explorer 2 has options for two adult mouse brain atlas

- Allen Mouse Brain Atlas
- Allen Mouse Common Coordinate Framework
