I’m trying to find a data table of nuclei ids in the Layer 2/3 EM volume, preferably assigned to the curated cell type classification table. I can’t seem to find nuclei ids (that is, the nuclei ids as they appear in neuroglancer). I apologize if this is a silly question and I’m just not looking in the right place. Thanks,

Hi… thanks for catching this. I realized we didn’t make this particularly easy to do. I have made an updated just now that updates the soma\_valence\_v185.csv file to now include the nucleus id as a column.
You can get the classifications we have from the **Cell Classifications** section on the page. You can merge that on the soma valence table on the segment\_id to get the nucleus\_id of any particular classification.
