# Unit of the Merfish coordinates

I want to use the Allen Merfish data for spatial analysis, what are the units of the x\_reconstructed and y\_reconstructed data? A typical section is around 6x6 units in x and y, seems too small to be mm or micron. I need the conversion factor to microns in order to set the cell cell interaction distance properly. Many thanks.
