Hi,

Quick question about the dataset: were neurons and non-neurons processed and sequenced using the exact same protocol (library prep, chemistry, sequencing, etc.), or were there any differences between them?

asking because I want to make sure the differences I see in counts are biological rather than driven by technical effects, and to know whether additional normalization is needed

Thank you for the amazing data!

Noam

Hi Noam, thanks for your interest in the Allen Institute datasets, can you let us know which dataset you are referring to with your question? That will help us to give you the best possible answer.
