# Where can I find BrainSpan Stage 1 (PCW 4-8) transcriptomic data?

I’d like to perform transitional mapping of our organoid data to the BrainSpan stages. Most often BrainSpan stage 2 is used as the reference, and we have been able to replicate that. However, I’ve seen several publications (e.g. Stein et al., Neuron 2014; Watanabe et al., Cell Rep 2017) where they used BrainSpan stage 1 (PCW 4-8) as baseline but I can’t find those expression data on the [brainspan.org](http://brainspan.org) website.

Hi @RoelQuintens,  
All data we have for this project is on the BrainSpan website. However, this project was part of a collaboration and there may be additional data (possibly from PCW 4-8?) on the Sestan lab website.
