Hi @Oliverdillon,

The [Allen Mouse Brain Atlas](http://mouse.brain-map.org/) has exactly this at ~200um resolution, which can be [downloaded from the API](http://help.brain-map.org/display/api/Downloading+3-D+Expression+Grid+Data). See [this community forum post](https://community.brain-map.org/t/downloading-ish-or-expression-data/376/4) for some additional information on the topic. If you are looking for higher resolution, single cell RNA-seq data sets are becoming available (see end of [this post](https://community.brain-map.org/t/mouse-brain-scrnaseq-distribution-of-cells-by-cortical-layers-brain-subregions/240) for a few examples).

Best,
Jeremy
