I have been using this jupyter notebook - code here (Allen Python Image Retrieval - Mouse ISH)
and I notice that this allows for batch retrieval of a set of sections that have labelling for a specific gene ( an ISH case). Is there a similar jupyter notebook for the batch retrieval of the ISH Expression Images? Or can this Jupyter notebook be modified in any way so it can retrieve the expression images?
