Do the SEA-AD 28 patient samples used for multiome have matching scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq like the rest of the samples?

Yes, the donors with mulitome data are a subset of the donors that have matching snRNA-seq and snATAC-seq. Let us know if you have any other questions!
