Downloading cell input resistance values from electrophysiology data

Hi,

Apologies if this has been posted before, I tried searching for “input resistance” in the forum but no hits.

I downloaded the excel sheet of ephys data on cell types here:
https://celltypes.brain-map.org/data

I am trying to look at input resistance values for the cells. It is available on the website if you click on each individual cell record, but this information does not appear to have been included in the excel sheet, unless I’m missing something.

Please can you advise?

Sorry for the confusion. The column you are looking for is labeled ‘ef__ri’ (Electrophysiology feature, Resistance (input)). We use ‘RI’ internally to talk about input resistance, but we can make the documentation more clear.
