Is there any developing, postnatal mouse brain scRNA-seq data available?

Hello,

Does anyone know whether there is a developing, postnatal mouse brain scRNA-seq data available for download?

I’ve been using Allen Mouse Whole Cortex and Hippocampus 10x data (adult) to annotate my scRNA-seq data cells, but my mice are 2 weeks old, and I think it’s better if there’s a age-matching dataset for annotating cell types.

I found this paper that did single-nucleus transcriptomics in postnatal day 2 and 11 mouse brain, but I wasn’t sure where to download the gene expression matrix and metadata.

We currently do not have any postnatal mouse brain scRNA-seq data available on our web site. I would suggest to try this data repository NeMO Archive - Data to see if there is any developing mouse scRNA-seq data publicly available.

In gleaning the paper that you reference, I did not see anywhere listed how to access the data (but I might have missed that detail).
