I would just like to call out one other way to trouble shoot a failed job.
When a job fails, the “Download Results” button becomes “Download Logs.”
This button will download a .zip file that, at the very least, will unzip to contain a validation_log.txt file that records all the messages written to stdout during your run, including the error message on which your job terminated, e.g.
You may still need to post to the forum, depending on the error you get, but it is also possible that this log will give you the information you need to get yourself unstuck.
