Hi @Paugust! Currently the focus for the Transcriptomics Explorer is for presenting information summarized by gene rather than isoform, and there is no plans to update any older atlases. However, we do have exon-level expression of PKM2 (and all other genes) as part of the BrainSpan Atlas of the Developing Human Brain. You could also download raw data and calculate this yourself for some of our data sets. We also have a genome browser for the Aging, Dementia, and TBI Study (which you can access from here). More to come on other genome browsers. Hopefully this helps!
