Hi! I am currently using the Zeng’s MERFISH mouse whole-brain transcriptomics dataset from ABC Atlas. However, I found that the number of cells from the open access metadata from AWS is 1,048,576, whereas from the merfish_tutorial_part1a the number of cells should be 3,938,808. Can someone in charge have a check? Thank you!
