I have a question about In situ data. I found that some genes (for example Szt2) of in situ result listed probe fragment sequence but not listed primers to clone this fragment (please see the attached image.). Could you tell me how to find the primer sequence information? Thanks a lot!

Unfortunately we do not have primer information for the Baylor probes, like the one you linked to here. However, the sequence shown is the probe sequence. We recommend using the full gene sequence in NCBI to attempt to design cloning primers flanking the probe insert sequence shown. Apologies and hope this is helpful!
