Hi Brainy community!
I am looking for a cheat sheet for the cell class and anatomical acronyms used in the atlases (both human and mouse) under cell properties. I can make guesses as to what a lot of them are, but I would rather be certain. I can’t seem to find them documented anywhere. I thought someone would for sure have asked on here but don’t see any relevant comments, so here I am asking. I would appreciate some pointers in the right direction.
There might be a prettier formatted version but here is the structure graph with all the metadata about each of the areas in the mouse…

these will have “names” which are longer form descriptions of the acronyms.
Appreciate it - this works well enough!
We have some acronym cheatsheets (cell class/subclass etc., anatomical divisions) here for the whole mouse brain (Yao 2023) and whole human brain (Siletti 2023) data, listed as “Whole Mouse Brain, Acronym List” and “Whole Human Brain, Acronym List” under the “How to use the ABC Atlas” section: Cell Types Support: Guides, Tutorials, SOPs, and Helpful Links - brain-map.org
