Hi Kaitlyn, do you know where I can get the SWC files and the electrophysiology data for this study (I used to use the Allen SDK to access the cell type database; can I do that too for this study, especially the marmoset data?)
The Allen SDK won’t work for NEMO datasets, as it’s specific to data hosted by the institute. Perhaps @trygveb you can advise?
