Hi. My research group is interested in obtaining access to the raw (bam or fastq) Smart-seq2 human cortex scRNA-seq data (Human Multiple Cortical Areas SMART-seq - brain-map.org). This would be with a view to doing alternative splicing analysis which we cannot do with the available count matrices. Thanks for any pointers,
David.
Hi @davidaknowles,
Please follow the instructions here: NeMO Archive - Accessing Controlled Access Data; this explains how to get NDA approval to download these data via controlled access from NeMO. The two data sets you’ll need to ask for access for are “BRAIN/NeMO: A multimodal atlas of human brain cell types: Middle Temporal Gyrus & Human Cortex RNASeq” and “BRAIN/NeMO: A multimodal atlas of human brain cell types: Human Cortex RNASeq”.
Best,
Jeremy
