Non-anonymized BAM files

I’m interested in analyzing some aberrant splicing events taking place in Alzheimer’s disease, in collaborating with Dr. Jesus Avila. I would like to get acces to the RNA-seq raw data (either fastq or bam files) containing non-anonymized BAM files. Would it be possible? The anonymized BAM files that I can freely download from your web-site (where sequence-level information has been removed) cannot be used for my purposes. Can you give some answer back?

Hi @rgescudero, Raw data for some of our human RNA-seq data sets are available in controlled-access repositories. Please see this post and this post for more details. Links to raw data for each project will eventually be posted on the Transcriptional Landscape of the Brain “Explore” page after they become available.
