I am just curious if I can pull specific LFP channels for a session instead of pulling the whole LFP for a session? It may speed up some of my pipelines if I only had to load the channels I care about based on previous work.
Hi @AngCamp – all the LFP channels for each probe are saved in separate NWB files. So you only have to download data for one probe at a time, but it’s not possible to sub-select individual channels.
