For the mouse connectivity dataset, on any given projection experiment page (e.g. this one), you can get the percentage of the injection site which falls in each area.
I want to get this information through the API.
From this query I can get the areas the injection site overlaps with, but I don’t know how to get the percentage in each area. Can anyone tell me how to?
