How to find some gene information in TBI mouse altals?

I just want to research a gene named “igfbp7” in mouse brain atlas of ABA.

But I don’t know where or how to confirm that what I find is related to TBI mouse ???

I should find sth and have a compare between TBI and control group to know if this the expression change after TBI ?

Hi @Denger. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Can you please provide some additional information as we do not currently have a mouse TBI atlas. We have an adult mouse brain atlas and a human Aging, Dementia, and TBI Study. If you’d like to see how igfbp7 looks in human control vs. TBI, try this link. I do not see any obvious change between control and TBI donors.
