Inversion for MNI space + segmentation

Hello,

I am currently working with the AHBA microarray data. As I read that you used different techniques per donor brain to convert the T1w it to MNI space, I was wondering if you have the inversion/script that is used to transfer the donor T1w brains to MNI space. Furthermore I was wondering if you already have donor specific segmentation files?
