Hello. I am currently bumping into an issue where a message of 'Mapping Failed’is popping up. I was wondering if it might be caused by an internal change in the website, as this issue is occurring for datasets that I have successfully run MapMyCells on previously.
Additionally, I am not able to access the log file, and when I download it the page just says “AccessDenied Access Denied”.
Are there any recent changes that could be causing this failure? I will attach the warning message and log for your reference.
