Hi I’m interested in spike sorting however I’m using MCS and I’m not sure if MCRack/MCData tools will output in a compatible format.
Hi jkhoo, thanks for the post! I’m not familiar with the MCS tools, but my guess is that you’ll want to export the data in binary (*.raw) format.
What kind of electrodes are you using? That will determine which spike sorting methods will work best for your recordings.
