The link to access the technical white paper on the experimental design, data acquisition, and informatics methods from the page Visual Coding – Neuropixels — Allen SDK dev documentation looks broken. I am currently writing a manuscript where I have to cite the white paper. It would be great if the link could be revived. Also, is there a DOI that I can refer to for the white paper?
I get the following when I click the link to the whitepaper:
Hi, Thank you for letting us know about the technical access issue. Could you try again as I think that the matter has been resolved? Thank you
Hi Susan,
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I still see the same “The site cannot be reached” message while clicking the link: https://brainmapportal-live-4cc80a57cd6e400d854-f7fdcae.divio-media.net/filer_public/80/75/8075a100-ca64-429a-b39a-569121b612b2/neuropixels_visual_coding_-_white_paper_v10.pdf. I have tried in other systems, it still shows the same error message.
Cheers,
Indra
Commenting for @Susan.Sunkin that the link does not work for me either.
Thank you for letting me know about the inactive link. We will investigate and resolve. Thank you
@SvenOtto
Thank you very much. This is really helpful.
As I am preparing my manuscript, where I am citing the technical white paper, is it okay if I just put the old link as a reference? Or do you have a DOI for the white paper? I am worried about referring to a dead link in my paper. I want to cite it properly so that others who read my work can find your white paper.
Thanks for helping me out with this.
Cheers,
Indra
