V1C data from Seattle Alzheimer's Disease Cell Atlas

Hello,

I’m trying to access V1C (primary visual cortex) data from the Seattle Alzheimer’s Disease Database. According to the documentation, V1C data should be available. However, when I check the AWS bucket for single-cell data, I only find data for the DLPFC, MTG, and PFC.

  1. Is the V1C data available in the same AWS bucket as the other datasets?
  2. If not, where can I find the V1C data and the other brain structures listed in the documentation?

Currently these data are only available on Sage, via controlled-access, here: AD Knowledge Portal. We are actively analyzing these data and will include processed data with associated cell type assignments when the analysis is ready (specific timeline TBD).
