I am working on a project investigating the gene of interest in different regions in mouse brain. Before I start with FISH, I would like to know the expression of the gene of interest throughout the whole brain. My colleague told me that I can find the FISH sections in Allen Brain Atlas. But I did find it. Could anyone send me the link? Also, I will also do multiplex FISH. Does Allen Brain Atlas have the protocol for multiplex FISH?
