AllenSDK 0.16.0 released

A new version of the AllenSDK has been released! Changes are primarily focused on the Brain Observatory. Two major changes:

  1. We shifted the timestamps in our NWB files by ~30ms to account for a time synchronization error. If you upgrade to 0.16.0 you will be prompted to update your manifest. See the release notes (below) for how to do so.
  2. BrainObservatoryCache.get_ophys_experiment_events will return calcium events inferred by FastLZeroSpikeInference.
