ATAC features of '10xMulti' nuclei in Yao et al. 2023

Hello,

The whole mouse brain data from Yao et al. 2023 contains 1,687 nuclei from 10x Multiome, i.e. ‘10xMulti’. Is there any way to access to ATAC features (e.g. peak counts matrix) of these 10xMulti nuclei? I could only find the ‘raw’ and ‘log2’ RNA-seq features.

The data is not available right now but it will be released as a part of the Whole Mouse Brain multiome data release near the end of 2026.
