In addition, I tried using the online Brain Explorer interface, but in the Gene Search section the icons are not clickable, so I am unable to visualize gene queries on human brain atlas.
Has anyone encountered similar issues?

Hello I also have a similar error, it says “Could not retrieve atlas list from http://www.brain-map.org. No Atlases available for download”. Perhaps the service is down or there is a rate limit, I’ll try again tomorrow, but I’m not sure what is causing the issue.
