Hello Allen Brain community,
I’m not sure if this the right place to ask this question since this is dedicated to the brain observatory data, but I’m wondering if there is available data that has concentration of each cell type inside each ROI from the Allen Brain Atlas?

At this time we do not have a data visualization service that presented cell class quantifications in the way you request. But we do have a number of publications stemming from analysis of the cell types data that has been collected as part of the Allen Cell Types Database, described in this section of the website: http://portal.brain-map.org/explore/classes. We are working on creating more sophisticated data navigation tools that will allow you to analyze data per ROI in the future.
