Hi,
I would like to compare the density of projections between different brain regions, say for example parietal cortex to frontal cortex vs parietal cortex to prefrontal cortex. How can I do this using the connectivity atlas? I am a little lost.
Thanks
Hi @krishnizzle
The Connectivity Atlas contains a “Target Search” function that should allow you to find individual experiments that connect between the selected “Source Structure(s)” and “Target Structure(s)”.
Each experiment listed in the results displays a target volume value which is the volume of signal in the target structure measured in cubic mm. You can also click in to each result experiment to get a summary of projection for all brain targets.
